We ship worldwide, please note customs regulations.

DHL within Germany - 5.49 euros

Free for orders over 100 euros

Pick up in Heilbronn - free of charge

DHL within the EU - 13.99 euros

DHL within Europe - 26.99 euros

DHL worldwide (excluding customs fees) - 45.99 euros

How long does shipping take?

Our current delivery times within Germany are approximately 3 – 7 working days after receipt of the order for the JIT face cream and approximately 1-3 working days for orders for other goods.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Yes, our deliveries are 100% insured.

Where will it be shipped to?

We currently only ship to Germany.

Can I return my items?

Yes. With us you have a 14-day right of return. After receiving the goods, you can easily return the item within 14 days.

My item is defective, what now?

If you find any defects in the product quality, you have the option of returning the item to us within 14 days.

The return costs are usually borne by the buyer unless there is a defect or a manufacturing error.
